Add a coach
Create the coach's Coach Studio account here (email + password). Pages are optional — leave them all unticked and just assign the coach a hub; hub membership grants its pages automatically. Tick pages only if you want to give direct access without a hub. Three behaviours depending on what you fill in:
- With a password → I create their account right now and you give them email + the password you set. They sign in straight away.
- No password, coach already in the list → I update their existing access immediately.
- No password, coach not yet signed up → I save a pre-approval. The moment they sign up themselves with this email, the pages are granted automatically.

Coaches & permissions
This is the account list. Toggle ACTIVE to turn a coach on or off, or Remove them. A coach's pages and their view/edit level are set per coach inside each Hub (open Hub Builder). The badges here just show which hub(s) each coach is in and whether they're 👁 view or ✎ edit there.

Notes
• This page only loads for the admin (alyson@beyondthelimits.org). Other signed-in coaches will see the "Access pending" screen.
• Permissions are stored in Firestore at /users/{uid}.allowedPages in the drill-builder-414 project.
• The same user account works on both Coach Studio and the standalone BTL Drill Builder — one sign-up, both apps.
• Public pages (no login needed): the Coach Studio launcher (index.html) and the Drills library (drills.html). All other pages here require sign-in.
